1. Regarding Release and Delivery Time

The "Release Month" indicated in the product title is the manufacturer's estimated release date. Actual delivery usually takes 1-2 months after release. Delays by the manufacturer are common for model figures; orders cannot be cancelled due to delays. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Order Cancellation and Abandonment Policy

Pre-order items are custom-made to order. We will pay the manufacturer more than 24 hours after the order is placed; therefore, **cancellation for any reason is not accepted**. If you fail to pick up your order within the specified time or maliciously abandon it, your deposit will not be refunded, and you will be refused future transactions. Please confirm your requirements before placing an order.

3. Product Box Condition and Painting Instructions
International parcels inevitably experience collisions and compression during long-distance transportation. We cannot guarantee that the outer box will be perfectly undamaged. Furthermore, model figures are mass-produced items; minor paint overflow, mold lines, or small imperfections are normal and cannot be used as grounds for return or exchange. 4. After-Sales Guarantee and Unboxing Video

To protect the rights of both parties, please be sure to record the entire unpacking process (including the time before the outer cardboard box is removed down to the product itself) in one continuous shot. If you encounter serious defects such as broken or missing parts, please contact us via chat within 3 days of receiving the goods, providing the complete video.
